Magna Children at Risk (MAGNA) is international humanitarian organization whose objective is to provide medical aid to populations in crisis. Magna Children at Risk organizes humanitarian and developmental projects in the context of poverty, disease, conflicts or natural disaster and regardless of ethnicity, religion or nationality of the beneficiaries.
MAGNA approach is based on reinforcement of capacities of local actors as often as possible, in order to assure the durability and autonomy of care of the beneficiaries.
For its upcoming training events organized together with partners - Polish Humanitarian Action, Magna Deti v tisni, MTÜ Eesti Pagulasabi and Stowarzyszenie Polska Misja Medyczna that will be held in April 2016 in Slovakia, Bratislava MAGNA requires specialized trainers for the below listed topics for training:
• International human resource management
• Organisational development / strategic planning / change management with regards to EU Aid volunteers
• Specificities and procedures of volunteers´ management
• Relevant national and Union and hosting organisations' law applying to EU Aid Volunteers
• Identification, selection and pre-deployment preparation of volunteers
